Helen has over 24 years of property management experience both as a Local Government Housing Management Officer and Housing Maintenance Officer. Helen has also managed private residential lettings. With a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing Policy and Practice, she has attended numerous practical courses including electrics, gas, asbestos, energy efficiency, customer services, drug awareness and mediation. With an up-to-date knowledge of housing law, mediation skills and maintenance, Helen can ensure the best care for a perfect balance of managing tenants and property.

Nikki is a qualified Accountant and a Residential Landlord. She comes from a background of Corporate and SME (Small to Medium Enterprise) finance. With first-hand experience of residential property investing and managing commercial properties, her knowledge complements Helen’s skills and she is also able to deal with any issues should they arise. By managing the Accounts and Administration of the business, Nikki is available at the end of the phone if you want to discuss your property, tenants or investment income.
